What we collect
Nothing. We do not log IP addresses, set tracking cookies, or use analytics on this marketing site. There are no third-party scripts on any page.
What we store locally on your device
If you toggle the theme (light / dark), your preference is saved in your browser's local storage under the key elevian-theme. This value never leaves your device. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Fonts
All typefaces (Inter, Instrument Serif, JetBrains Mono) are served from this website's own server. We do not use Google Fonts, fonts.gstatic.com, or any third-party font CDN. No data is sent to Google, Adobe, or anyone else when you load this page.
Forms
If you submit the contact or careers form, the form data is composed into an email and opened in your own email client. It is your choice whether to send it. Elevian only receives the contents if you choose to send the email.
When you email us
If you email hello@elevian.io or any other Elevian address, we receive your email address, name, and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your details with third parties.
We retain emails for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@elevian.io.
Future products
Our SaaS products (TrackCost.ai, Byro, ShieldLens) each have their own privacy policies covering the data they process inside the product itself. This page covers only the marketing site at elevian.io.
Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)
Because we collect no personal data on this website, there is nothing to access, correct, port, or delete in relation to your visit. For inquiries about emails you've sent us, you have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion
